owner obviously did not want to be bothered providing parts for a door and he was rude. Had you not made the comment while I was outside this conversation would not be necessary. It is interesting that you heard me talking to myself while I was getting in my truck outside. It is very funny that after the review you remembered the conversation from a few months ago, but when I was in your office you said "I cant remember every conversation". I have been in the building line for over 50 years . It was obvios that you did not want to be bothered when I asked you for approximate price on the glass inserts. My review is fair and honest. I will say that the first time I came in you were extremely helpful and even took me in the back to show me the lap on the doors

The guys there are very nice. They have a showroom so you can see some doors on display. Gentleman at the front desk is very knowledgeable about garage doors. Very helpful. They have a variety of options..
