I cannot say enough positive things about Chris Webb and his fantastic crew over at Eastern Home Repair. He literally saved me $6,000 on my insurance claim when the company wouldn't resolve with me after 79 days of hard "fighting". One fourth of the exterior of my manufactured home burned in early June due to a lawnmower fire that got too close. The on-site adjuster determined that $1,000 (rounding) should about cover it. (Check out the photos!) Chris' professional, thorough and comprehensive documented estimate was $7,000! The insurance on-site adjuster used insufficient material, very dated material cost and insufficient labor calculations. WOULD NEVER HIRE AGAIN I hired them to do foundation work. After digging, they left without any notice. When I followed up, I got this reply “Good morning I want to withdraw my estimates from your project I do not feel that I am the man and Company to do your work at this time thank you and have a good day” I requested them to at least get to finish what they started, but never heard from them. I am left with job unfinished and having really hard time finding someone to clean up the mess. If you don’t believe this, have look at the pictures.

This team did the MOST wonderful job bringing my 100+ year old house back to life! The foundation was in need of major repairs and the crawlspace was a disaster zone. Chris sat down with me and showed me tons of pictures from what they found. He explained everything to me in detail. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire team that worked here. I felt completely safe while alone in my house with them around. They were so polite and clean. It was very easy to communicate with them about everything. They worked so hard despite the sun and heat. All their work is so very appreciated. I highly recommend Eastern Home Repair for everything you could need done.

I called several foundation companies to come and check my crawl space for moisture or mold and I knew with all the rain we had I needed to do something. Two companies came out and said I had several inches of water standing under my home. One company said I needed a dehumidifier that it would prevent water from entering my crawl space. I’m not that dumb or naive. When I called Eastern Home Repair the owner Chris Webb came out with his project manager and preformed a full detailed inspection and came to a common sense fixable solution. They installed a French Drain, and did numerous repairs on the structure of my foundation. I would Highly recommend Chris Webb and his team for all your crawl space and moisture problem needs. They are the professionals!!!!

This is one of the most professional constructioncrews that I've had the pleasure to deal with. We had several different company's come out & give estimates. We started off with a companyoff of T.V bc they made us believe they had better state of the art materials that they used & lasted longer. That was false. So after we went thru 2 differentcontractorsoff T.V that was a total disaster we were at the end of our rope & about tapped out when we called Chris @ Eastern Home Repair. His price want the cheapest but it want the highest by far. After speaking with Chris & informing him of our past 2 contractors & the disaster they left his team jumped into action right away & fixed everything that was agreedto in contract & some that want. I can't say enoughgreat this about this awesome crew bc
