I have had the pleasure of working with ELM both professionally and personally over the past 10 years. This company sucks. Took them all day to plow 3 inches of snow at my condo and they did not even do a good job. Equipment operators are clearly inexperienced as they destroyed multiple curbs around the property. On top of that the guy running the skid steer was driving around full throttle going as fast as he possibly could almost hitting cars multiple times. I do not recommend elm land management. Bunch of hackers who clearly dont know what they are doing. But hey if you want some curbs removed give them a call

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious concern regarding one of your drivers. I reside on Scofield Avenue in Stamford, and today, a truck with a license plate ending in 640 was driving directly behind me. As I signaled to turn into my driveway, the driver failed to slow down or maintain a safe distance. I was forced to accelerate quickly to avoid a collision. The driver appeared to be a young man, approximately 25 years old, with dyed hair. This kind of reckless driving is extremely dangerous, especially in a residential area where children live and play. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have observed this behavior, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of caution being exercised. I have lived in my community for 13 years and never had an issue with a snow removal company. A guy shoveled behind my driveway on Tues while I was working from home without my consent, came to the front door and said he wasn't with the crew and wanted a tip. How is this possible if we have a removal company? Not to mention, the company makes noise all night long, has yet to clear the snow from parking areas, blocks parking in the visitor lot and called the police on my partner's vehicle for being parked in the only area to park. This company is the worst. Very unprofessional. I am a law abiding citizen who would appreciate not being disturbed at 6 am by the police.
