We ended up getting 3 quotes before choosing a company to install a new gas fireplace, Eastern Oregon was not the cheapest, but we chose them based off the level of detail and experience they offered, and we were not disappointed! Our new stove was installed and fully operational within 48 hours of us accepting the bid they provided, they were punctual, polite, and the experience was terrific, I would recommend this team to anyone and we will continue to use them for our heating and cooling needs in the future. These purchases are not cheap and the level of experience and expertise this team at Eastern Oregon Heating and Cooling makes spending this type of investment so much easier.

The service technician arrived on time and within the window given for the service call. I use EOHC not only for my home, but also for a 24‑unit apartment complex. They are always on time and do an excellent job. Brian, the service technician, is very knowledgeable and hardworking. The ladies in the office are always on top of everything that’s going on.

The team is wonderful! Ashley always so delightful and gets us an appointment asap. And Brian the technician is awesome and communicated with us about all he did. I will always refer people to them.
