Eastern Plumbing

I called a couple of plumbers before I called Eastern plumbers trying to get a sooner appt. When the plumber was a no show I called Eastern plumbers back and I was able to get my original appt back before the ice storm. Jerri was so nice. And Dylan the plumber was AWESOME!!! He explained to me what happened with my pipes and assured me that he would take care of me. And he did just that! He showed me pics before the repair and after. Eastern Plumbing you definitely hired the right person to represent your company. I will definitely be using your services again.

As a loyal customer, I expected much better. I was out of town and had a water emergency. I waited 2 hours without a return call. Thankfully, I found another plumber in town who responded immediately. You’re lost my business forever

DJ and Cole were great. Answered all of my questions and explained what they were doing the whole time. They also offered a lot information about concerns that I have as a homeowner. As other reviewers have stated, there was a service charge to look at my situation, but the charge was put toward the final bill essentially being waived in lieu of the repair.

These are the best plumbers I have used in NC. They are so knowledgable about water heaters and fixed a long standing issue in a very quick manner. We are so happy that our shower works better! They are truly the best and we will never use anyone else.
