I can’t say enough good things about this company. I was treated to the best customer service I have received in a long time. Helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and resolved my issue. I will definitely recommend this company to my trade contacts.

Ruined 7 hours of my labor. I tried calling the office to speak with someone, but they didnt answer and it hung up, so now it goes public review - should have answered the phone. They drove their delivery forklift across a clearly freshly graded, seeded, and strawed, lawn for no reason and ruined what took me 7 hours to do. There was all the driveway, or, regular grass to use, but somehow concluded the best thing to do would be destroy the new work. Nobody rang a doorbell that is 20 feet from the driveway, or called, or anything. It would take 30 seconds to ring the doorbell and ask. Instead just unilaterally picked the worst option available. Clearly no regard if theyre not answering the phone and not bothering to think for two seconds before making a decision.

Eastern Fence is a NIGHTMARE to work with. I have been lied to 5 times concerning the ship date for the product I ordered. It is impossible to get anywhere with them. The systems between the sales department and shop is a complete disaster! If your a contractor looking for a reliable distributor RUN from these guys their promises don't mean a thing. We are a fence contractor. Stay away from this place. Sales people are a nightmare to deal with. Have to email them 3-4 times to get a response. Every month they have someone different. Also they send a delivery the day after approving a quote with no notice to us and then ship only a portion of the order without informing us. Still fighting to get a refund for the materials we haven’t received. Runaway from this place and there sister company south Camden ironworks they are both have the worse customer service. It’s amazing they are still in business,

Tried to order a black fence. Was told they don’t under what I am ordering. I called and ordered the parts using a receipt from the same company so I’m not sure how they didn’t understand what I was asking for. I was told to email my list to them. Three days later I got an estimate for a galvanized fence. Called and changed it to black. 1/3 of the parts came in galvanized despite my call. Aside from the wrong color parts I was also shorted a post and two caps. I was told it will be delivered Thursday. Thursday came and went with no notification from the company. I called again and was told it’s not in dispatch. A manager called me hours later telling me it will come Monday. Monday morning came and I get a call from the delivery driver asking where I want to meet him. I responded with the
