Eastford Building Supply

This is my second year of getting wood pellets delivered to my home from Eastford Building Supply in Eastford Connecticut. Their pellets were more affordable than other businesses. Nice store and everybody's very friendly and helpful.

Super friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Well stocked local destination for contractors and homeowners alike.

I have been coming here for years now, and I'm constantly blown away with the level of customer service. I have completed three major projects using their lumber, and have always received free delivery, free pick-up of unused supplies, and can complete a large lumber order in literally minutes. I have even completed simple orders over the phone and had the supplies waiting for me when I get home from work. I will never go to a big box store again!

I had the pleasure of working with Emily who designed my new kitchen. It was a first for me and I had no idea what my kitchen could be! She made me feel confident with her design knowledge and was just so extremely helpful, from looking at colors between walls,cabinets and granite to style of hardware. She answered all of my questions and helped me make sure I chose the right appliances for my space. It was an awesome experience working with her and I would use her expertise again in any room of my home!

They are friendly, until you order a custom object with exact measurements and they send you a product that requires extra modifications. Then they put the blame back on you after you tell them exactly what you need. They lost my business for good, and I will never recommend them for anything to anyone. I’d rather watch Home Depot grow after this. At least they make it right when you tell them they gave you an unsatisfactory product.
