Eastwood Stove and Outdoor Shoppe

Eastwood’s customer service is top notch. The price is reasonable. They came out to remove an old fireplace that came with the house we bought and replace it with an all new system. They were clean and respectful of our home and got the job done in one day, even with the rain coming down. Would totally recommend.

Visited the store 2 weeks ago and dealt with a very helpful and knowledgble Vicki and selected an insert. While there is said i was ready to pull the trigger on placing my order as soon as I could compare prices. A company rep came to the house within a day to verify the dimensions, all was good. Waited for 2 days for Vicki to send a quote, but nothing. I called her and she said they were busy but would send a quote that afternoon, been a week and a half and still waiting, received nothing and I gave up, obviously doesn't want or need my business. Placed my order with another stove company three days later and expecting my new stove on Wednesday next week. The rep from Hillside Fireplace in Mt Washington returned my call and came out the very same day, i received a quote on the spot, that

We purchased a Manchester stove 10 years ago from Eastwood and it has performed with no problems even during times of heavy use. We decided a week ago to have some basic maintenance, cleaning and gasket repair work. We called Eastwood and the 2 guys who came did a fantastic job. Our stove operates like new. I stopped by to see if they had parts for my insert. Unfortunately they did not carry parts for my older units (30 plus years old cast iron) but I enjoyed the showroom and I was greeted with the most helpful person who I believed was the owner. She offered to order my glass but suggested I order directly from the vendor they use to save some money. In just a few days my parts came in and I couldn’t be happier. When I do purchase a new more efficient unit, you can bet it will be from Eastwood. Thank you guys!

Love the all the stoves on display. Talked with Vicky for 2 hours about our plan and options. Very helpful and informative, she was fast to email us back with a mason worker.
