Easy AC

Michael B was amazing. Very professional, willing to explain in a way that I could understand without being condescending. Got the job done quickly, and with minimal fuss to the household. Michael used shoe protectors, was friendly but remained respectful. Having my AC fail wasn't pleasant, but the excellent, prompt service made it less stressful. Well done!

Gabe Leonard did a very thorough job today [8/22/2019] on a scheduled 6-months maintenance. He is skilled, personable, and a great asset to your company! I am impressed by the two Easy A/C technicians (David Bailey, Austin Coulter) who installed a REME air purification system and cleaned the vents and ducts. They were on time, courteous and did an excellent job!

Their ac tech did not have the equipment. Then miss diagnosed my issues and charged me $300 then after 3 appointments wouldn’t give me an over the phone estimate of a complete ac overhaul price. Made it incredibly difficult to get my money back and I just gave up . Enjoy the free $300 .

I call Easy AC to replace my old unit for a new one, in less than one hr. Victor was in my house checking what system was best for my house, was very help full with his experience, next day came early in the morning Juan and Stacey perform the installation of the new unit very professionals and clean work they did , they explain me every detail of the installation and how to use my new thermostat, I recommend Eacy AC 100% they have my house cold and comfortable in less then 24hrs thank you Victor, Juan , Stacey and all the personal of Easy A/C

Original(04.2019) Had a great experience with Easy AC. They were very quick, efficient, and professional. They were able to identify our issue quickly and install a whole new system in the same day. Austin and James kept the worksite clean and took the time to explain everything you us. Would fully recommend them! Edit (08.06.20) Just had a maintenance appointment and the awesome customer service continues! Mr. Hood was incredibly helpful and took time to explain optimization features and things to look out for. He was patient in answering my many questions and very professional. Very happy with this company so far!
