I've recently moved to Lyman, SC 7 months ago, and decided to use the company the previous owners of my home raved about. Mark, the service technician, was fantastic! He thoroughly explained everything to me in an easy and understandable way. He treated my home like he was working on his house. I'm very happy to recommend this company to anyone needing AC or plumbing work.

I appreciated Mark who was very knowledgeable and amiable and best of all clear as to where he was at and what would happen next and according to him, himself and the owner have got many years of experience. I also appreciate Kyle here who is a mini-split expert and didnt go after anything except educating me, giving me the best options and when I said "go" man they moved fast. This was very important as we were out of heat during the ice storm. They braved our driveway, checked out my problem and moved so fast and I am very happy with their work.

Easy Air Heat & Plumbing has done several large & small projects in our house, including a full replacement and rework of our HVAC. We also use them for regular maintenance inspections. I’ve interacted with a lot of their team at this point, and so far every encounter has been very positive and professional. Kyle in particular is great to work with. They call ahead, show up on time, work quickly, and give a detailed breakdown of every recommendation when anything comes up. I haven’t felt upsold or pressured into any purchase. It’s easy to get ahold of them and easy to schedule with them. When we updated our HVAC, they were able to get us a great price, and came up with an installation plan that saved us a lot of money while also significantly improving our setup. Rob was very helpful in detecting my problem and providing me with options for repair. We decided to replace furnace. I have a home warranty program and he helped me file the claim and get reimbursement for the unit replacement. I was very impressed by his professionalism and caring about my needs. He took all the time needed to explain everything to us. He did not hurry through the process. I was also impressed by the speed of getting a new unit installed. I talked with Rob on Tuesday and the unit was replaced on Thursday. I would highly recommend your company to anyone who needs HVAC service.

Mark was really good and thorough has replaced a burnt wire, added coolant and made sure my heat and air were working really well. I would recommend getting a service plan through easy air and heating. He really knows what he is doing
