If i can i will give them zero star. Make sure you ask the price before they come to unlock your door. They charge us $128 just unlock one of bedroom door. $99 dollar plus service fee $29 only unlock the door. He isn't completely finished take out whole thing only took him 10 sec to unlock the door and charge us $128. When I call the other company there isn't no hindin fee and they charge $75 dollars. Why is this company have 5 stars?

Reached out to these people for an emergency. Needed a copy of a key that's all. After watching an episode on kurupt locksmiths on 20/20. This place oozed red flags. Dude said he might have the key I need. Was going to charge me $90 for it. Then while he was on his way (after leaving me hanging for 3 hours) and saying he was positive he had the "key to copy" he says he was under the impression I needed 10 keys! 10!! 🤯 I then explained that if he couldn't make the key that was fine, that I would find someone else. He then starts asking me "who? Who are you going to get to make it"🤔 That's when I hung up and ignored the rest of his calls. Excelente service, friendly and very professional. I definitely recommend Easy Lock. He deleted all the previous keys and programmed the new ones in just about 20 minutes.

Just a heads up folks. Nothing is wrong with the tech that came out. He was professional and got the job done. My biggest review boils down to the cost. Make sure you get in detail the exact cost like the other review mentioned. They don't tell you until you ask. So ask! The cost can and will stack up. My initial cost estimate was 75 to 150 but it came out a total of 200 plus dollars including misc fees. 29.99 just to come out. I get it if you choose not to get the job done. They charge you for their time, but if you choose to go ahead with it. Most companies waive it. I should have called more companies but needed it done right away. My fault on that part.
