Easy Stones

Please OTR Truck Drivers don’t come here to deliver any of their stones. You will waste all your time here as they prioritize their own local trucks while you’re there waiting until your drive time is done. If you want to waste all your 11 hours of driving then it’s okay you can come, but otherwise stay away from them. I came at 7am and they told me I will be the first to unload after they load their local trucks but they pick the other truck which found me to unload before me. If there was a zero star I would have given it to them. Also, Customers shouldn’t be buying their stones either instead they should buy the next door. People who treats other people like trash don’t deserve to do any business. These people should be out of business.

I was recently in the area for a home renovation project and got a great service from them. They have absolutely great choice of stones and designs for your taste. From subtle to bold whichever suits your personality. I see that they are always caught up in trucks coming in and going out however I have never faced any issues whenever I am visiting because they treat you like family and despite being super busy they are always available to help people around. I wish them the best and will give them a visit real soon for another project. I will 100% refer them to anyone in need for materials.

We were looking for a suitable stone for the island and countertops. We were referred to Easy Stone in Charlotte. We were fortunate to have met Ana in the office. Ana is an incredibly wonderful person who went out of her way to help us find the stone we liked. Her guidance and her patience was well beyond what one would experience from a service provider. We had gone to several warehouses before getting to Easy Stone and met with several personnel but none that went out of their way help quite like Ana. She is an asset to the organization that also has a large inventory of stones to choose from.

Staff was very helpful and we found the perfect countertop for our kitchen remodel. I called ahead and Chelsy was kind when explaining the process. She greeted us warmly when we arrived and gave us instructions on how to make our selection. As we shopped, Glenn approached us and was very helpful in answering our questions. All in all, it was a great experience and I would recommend!
