We hired "Rusty" to set up our pool. He came and completed 1 day of work in the rain, leaving a lot of damage to the property. He assured us he would fix it. He never showed back up to finish the job or fix the lawn. We have called and texted for more than a week with no answer or call back. After taking a closer look into who we had hired, I found "Rusty" is Freddie Watkins, who formerly had a pool company named First Choice Pool Instalation LLC. The reviews speak for themselves. This level of professionalism and much worse is his reputation.

Did an awesome job installing our above ground pool, he removed the dirt and dropped it down even with our concrete! But after the fact has been a nightmare!!! We have warranty issue with 2 holes in liner due to liner being so tight torn anf is getting bigger and bigger and have called many many times, my husband went by his house left his card with his wife and daughter! He is ghosting us!!! We do not want to be these people who leave bad reviews! We have even recommended him to other people!!! We want to make sure everyone is aware that we have recommended that once installation is done he is a ghost!!!!! Do not use him if u expect service after the fact!!!

We hired Rusty over a month ago to install our pool. He promply came out and destroyed our back yard and removed and hauled off our deck. Have not seen or heard from him since then. We have texted and called him numerous times with no response back. He was paid $5900.00 cash deposit. We will be pressing charges for the theft of the money.

Called another repair company and they gave me the run around for a month. I found this company from google and called. Easy Swimm came out the morning I called solved a problem the pool installers did wrong. Now my system is working better than ever. I called a few days later to ask how to hook up my vacuum and he stayed on the phone with me and walked me through it! Will recommend this company!

Rusty was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered all questions as ask. Assured everything was working properly before leaving. Very professional.
