Our house was struck by lightning on Thursday July 31. It blew apart top of our chimney leaving a big exposed hole on the side of the chimney at the top.I called multiple companies that day and the only one that offered to help and come out and cover the exposure at the top of the chimney was Eaton Roofing. They sent someone after their work hours to help us in this moment of disaster. They put a tarp over the damage which allowed us to get bids for our chimney repair without fear that our home was exposed to the weather due to the lightning strike. Adam was great to work with. Eaton Roofing was able to get it all done in one day, the roofers checked for nails 2 different times and then the Representative came out and Triple checked!! They also sweep the whole drive, patched up around chimney, put in 7 vents. I had a leak where shingles went missing Adam the rep went up and patched it until the roofers came out. The quote for roof and gutters was the cheapest around. And it was all done before the finish date they gave me. Great people to work with.

We purchased our home roughly 2 years ago & the new roof had been installed by Eaton Roofing in 2018. Because they had installed the roof & had great Google reviews we figured we would call to see if they could remove the flue that we no longer needed. The lady in the office was very honest in letting me know we may not hear from sales person for at least 2 weeks because they were so busy. That was not a problem because we were not in a rush. The Eaton team is phenomenal. Adam quickly responded to my quote request and personally walked me through the included work. Once the supplies arrived, the workers were friendly and professional. Adam then came out before the work was complete to ensure QA/QC and that the site was left clean. Lastly, Eaton helped me file everything with my insurance and made sure I was updating my policy to receive my discount for Class 4 shingles.
