Should you ever need a roof replacement, I highly recommend EB Builders. My 2025 Christmas roof of over 4000 sq. feet was totally replaced in 2 ½ days. From the moment I detected a leak in my kitchen, Nick and Troy were here to assess within 24 hours. I was shown photos of the condition and damage areas and we began the process to wait out favorable weather conditions to commence a total roof replacement. Andrew and his crew of up to 9 arrived and in not so ideal weather, removed the original roof, replaced damaged under roof, installed new drip edge and 2 rows of Titanium ice and water guard. The entire roof was wrapped in Titanium underlayment. Particular attention was paid to flashing the chimney and installing a screened ridge vent, new pipe boots and cap shingles. I did not see any l

Excellent experience! Highly recommended !! EB Builders did a total tear off (3 layers), had to sheet (plywood) it and installed a new roof. He was very informative at the time he came for an estimate and explained what exactly needed to be done. (Being an older house the first layer was cedar shingles, hence the plywood first layer.) The crew was very hard workers, respectful of property and excellent clean up once done. The job was completed in 2 days. Thank you very much !!

The guys at EB are amazing. We had a leak in our roof and they were there the next day and their service was great. Sometimes it can be hard to find a contractor or service provider to trust, but these guys proved their honesty and reliability immediately. Two days later he was here inspecting the roof. He showed me photos of our existing roof and areas of concern. He gave a thorough explanation and gave options, choices and recommendations. The job was promptly scheduled. Andrew supervised a very hard working crew that did quality work at a fast pace…. from early morning into the evening.
