Our heat went out, and Eberhardt was the company our home warranty gave to us. They said someone would call me within 24 hours. I ended up getting a call within the first hour. He scheduled something for me earlier the next morning. The technician came early! He had to get a specific part, and then came back later to fix it. It wasnt even 24 hours from the time of my initial call and my furnace was totally fixed. Amazing!!!

Dan arrived within an hour of the call to my home warranty company. He diagnosed the problem, replaced a part and quickly got my furnace working again (on one of the coldest days this month!).
