Eric did an awesome job inspecting the new build I’m purchasing. He was very thorough and spent about 3 hours covering the entire property. The report I received was very detailed with photos, videos and descriptions. If you are looking for a home inspector I would definitely recommend Eric!

Great experience using EC Home Inspections for a first home purchase. The walk through was short and to the point and I had a moment of “either not much is wrong with this house or maybe the inspection wasn’t the level of detailed I thought it would be”. The written report confirmed for me Eric covered so many details and inch of the property and it was well written and easy to read through and coded in way that ranked “most concerning” to “something to look into down the road”.
