DO NOT CALL THIS MAN! He destroyed my unit. He has no idea what he is doing. He first said it was the motor which he was supposed to replace new but didn't. It burned out in less than 15 hours. The next time he came he said the unit had a hole in it somewhere and put in more antifreeze. THEN it went out again so he came over and filled the unit with A HOSE PIPE like a shade tree mechanic. I don't know a lot about mechanics and parts but I know the last time I saw someone pull out a hose pipe I had to buy a whole new alternator. And just like that now we are told we need a new unit. He promised to come back and never did. Leaving my elderly mother and daughter in an extremely hot house knowing they are asthmatic and could succumb to illness because of the heat. Please don't call this company to do anything repairs to your air conditioning E.L.Ellison doesn't have a clue on what's wrong with your unit or how to repair the problem.first he said I needed a new motor he was paid $1,300 for a new motor, but because you can't prove that he put an old motor in the unit that went out again in two days, he said it needed antifreeze or coolant when that didn't work he said that it was a hole in the pipe we ended up giving him a little over $300.00 for that . And when that didn't work he just completely destroyed the air conditioner unit then informed us that we needed a brand new unit. Such a terrible experience... As a professional business man I strive on reputation and deliverables. Called on Friday told they'll call back same day, never recieved a call, Called second time was told I would be contacted and necer contacted for a secind time over a three day perriod. Dont know about service but waiting on them to call is TERRIBLE and Bad Service. COULDNT BELIEVE NO ONE MANAGING APPOINTS OR SCHEDULING.... foing in fourrh day and still no call to look or fix my system.... thank God for Blanto Heating....Great callback abd service...that how a vemdor should help..
