I had 3 issues with my refrigerator and freezer. Ilia addressed each one and explained everything he was doing. His estimate was very reasonable and he fixed every problem. Great technician and personable, as well. He has my highest recommendation.

ECH did a fantastic job fixing my 16-year-old GE Monogram refrigerator. I was worried it might be beyond repair, but they diagnosed the issue quickly and had it running in no time. Professional and reasonably priced. I’m really impressed with their service and highly recommend them for any appliance repairs.

My dishwasher stopped draining and we have been so busy, the dishes were backing up after only one day. I contacted ECH this morning and they got me on the books same day. My technician was delayed and I got two separate phone calls letting me know he was running late and asking me if that was okay. I really appreciated the communication. Max got here and got right to work, carefully checked it out, and didn’t just fix the draining issue but another issue I mentioned off hand. He also let me know the part I thought was bad was working great now and didn’t need to be replaced. I will absolutely call ECH again the next time we need appliance help. Thanks Max!

We had a leaking valve in our dishwasher. Max from ECH repair was the absolute best! He diagnosed the problem quickly, communicated the plan, placed the order for the valve and fixed the dishwasher very quickly. Went above and beyond and replaced a metal clasp that was loose. I strongly recommend Max. If anything happens to any of our appliances, I’m calling Max!

The washer stopped working with a tub full of water and clothes. ECH proved to be the most responsive and helpful service of five we called. The first two did not answer. The third at least went to voicemail. Received a return call several hours later, but had already make arrangements. Fourth answered and once I explained the problem said he would call back in five minutes. Never got a return call. ECH answered the phone with someone who could actually do something. She scheduled a technician. The technician arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the problem and realized he needed a machine-specific part. They ordered and received it overnight.
