Tracy did a fantastic job with the inspection, even came back out a second time when the seller did not properly make sure the utilities were in-service for said inspection. Tracy crawls all over the house and tests things you would not expect normally. With Tracy's report I was able to negotiate roof repairs and know exactly what things I need to budget to replace in the future. I also appreciate the layout and almost procedural layout of the report, it made it clear exactly what to look at and when with quick reference.

Tracy was a consummate professional! My wife and I were under contract on a home in MS and were on a very tight timeline to get the inspection done. With the logistical challenges being from out of state, Tracy was able to fit us in his schedule right away, met with our realtor, and stayed after completion of inspection to virtually go through the entire report with me. It is difficult to make purchases like this from out of state, and be able to trust contractors. I can not recommend Tracy enough! His inspection and report were concise and thorough, and within a couple hours of leaving the property, we received the hard copy of the report via email.
