I thought my AC was totally gone and unrepairable, but Rick came out and was able to diagnose and fix the issue that another company wasn't able to find and saved me thousands of dollars! Super nice guy and very knowledgeable! I'll definitely be using Eck the next time I have any issues.

Riley was spot on at locating the issue with my furnace, replaced the part and was back to being warm again. Was knowledgeable with explaining the issue to me and what needed to be done. Very polite on the phone, and I was able to remain at work, as it was being repaired. Thank you again!!!

Eck has done a lot of work for us since moving back to Pratt and I always request Remington for electric needs whenever possible. Always polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. He's always willing to point out other issues and answer questions for me.
