I called this morning and talked to a lovely customer service representative who was able to schedule same day service to work with my schedule today. Steve called to let me know Alex was on his way (at the beginning of my time window) and then soon followed so they were both here. They were personable, honest, and priced fairly for the service. I would definitely recommend and use again! Great first experience with this company!

Fabulous service from Eco-Cool! They showed up in less than 30 minutes after I called for assistance on the weekend when my heat failed during the recent cold snap and patched it back together until they could get the circuit board early in the week to fix it. Absolutely fantastic service!!

Our AC stopped working a couple days ago. We called to schedule someone to come out and they had someone here the very next morning. Tyler was fantastic. He was able to identify and remedy the problem immediately. Highly recommend!

Had a preventative maintenance call today and received really great service from Tyler. He remembered when the system was installed, replaced our old filter with a new one he picked up for us, and identified and fixed a weak part in the outdoor unit promptly. So nice to see when preventative maintenance works well and appreciated the added bonus of a good service mechanic!

We were in a pickle, large AC unit wasn't getting power, myself and the owner of the restaurant up on the roof trying to figure it out. Steve and Tyler were working at a different place, but in eye shot of where we were. We hollered and asked if they had a second to take a peek at it, and in a few minutes they climbed up with us and started diagnosing. Found the problem in a few minutes, let us know it was a simple fuse and to run over to Home Depot for it, and no charge for their help. I ran over, popped it in, and we were back in action. Extremely pleasant guys, very professional, and saved me from apologizing all day if the restaurant had hit 90 degrees inside. You don't run into such stand up people as often anymore, and it was amazing to run into the two of them when we did. Thank yo
