These people are so unprofessional and when booking a appointment a week in advance.. They don’t communicate with any text , emails or reminders.. But once they give a price of $60 top mattress cleaning.. apparently once I got a hold of them for my appointment, a Spanish accent man says his worker had his truck break down. I explained to him how important this schedule was for me because my friend is sick and need to have the beds cleaned. All of a sudden his Spanish accent worker calls me and says his truck broke down but if the prices were discussed with me .. I said , yes they said $60 for top mattress .. right away he said, the deep clean is $300 .. I said .. no . Right away the man hangs up on me . I called back to the main number and the other guy who was taking the appointments answ

The carpet was dry faster than I expected. No weird damp smell, no waiting hours. It was clean and dry by the time I got home from errands. Super convenient.
