Finished work ended up being pretty good. Hired for a bathroom remodel. Cost was good to average. Planning, oversight, and communication was all lacking which contributed to delays, mistakes, frustration, and a significant amount of time from my side managing the subcontractors. The separate designer we hired was also a major cause of delays unrelated to Eco-Living. My apparent false assumption was that they would work together, as they had prior experience working together, and that's what we discussed prior to the project. The subcontractors hired by Eco-Living were great to deal with though and their work, as mentioned, does look pretty good. It's not a 10 of 10 finished product, probably 7 of 10. We had an excellent experience with Eco Living Home Improvement! They kept their word on scheduling and completed the job exactly when promised, which we really appreciated. Their customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and responsive every step of the way. The quality of work on the leak in front of our store was just wonderful. It’s hard to find reliable service like this, and we highly recommend them!

Excellent customer service from Alex Erives! They built a privacy fence and pool pump enclosure. Beautiful work and job was done when they said it would be. Workers were super careful with my yard, organized and left everything clean after job was completed. Would highly recommend!

Eco living home improvements did a very awesome job to my house. Their representative Jessica has helped us out so much and was always there for us when we needed her or had any questions we had. They worked on our roof, new refrigerated A/C and they did our landscaping front and back. I am beyond 100% satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them to friends and family. This company did more than just give us refrigerated air. They no only put in a brand new system but they also did our roof as well as the landscaping of our front and backyard. The outcome was absolutely amazing. Throughout the entire process they always asked us questions so it would come out to our liking. They have great communication, and are consistent. All work was performed at 100% and you could see it as well. The before and after sod our home are unbelievable.
