Eco Shine House Cleaning Services

I contacted Eco Shine for cleaning services based on their strong reviews. In short, Eco Shine provided a quote which was supported by an estimate of cleaning time. After I questioned the quote, based on my familiarity with the market and historical cleaning time for our home, Eco Shine indicated that they planned to spend less time than quoted going forward (🤔). Just my opinion here, and while I understand this was not a “time and materials” quote, in this scenario it seems like the customer gets less than they are paying for and the business makes more profit on the job, and that doesn’t seem fair to me. We feel badly that a reasonable mutual understanding could not be reached.

Ivannia and her team do an excellent job taking care of my beach rental. They are always on time - most often they’re early. And they are very thorough and conscientious. They take their time and make sure things are done right and that trouble spots get the attention they need. Ivannia and her team clearly take pride in their work and it shows. My renters have commented a number of times how much better my place looks than before I started working with EcoShine. I wholeheartedly recommend them and fully expect to continue working with them in the future.
