I hired the services ‘cause someone told me they were the best in my area. I was not disappointed at all! I thought some stains were not going to come out but they did an amazing job. The price was pretty reasonable. They also were super nice and punctual people 😁. 100% would hire their services again.

They used to be very good, and the Owner worked great! I gave them my business for years. But the last time, they sent in someone else, and she didn't do the job quite that well.

Unfortunately I didn’t had a good experience with this company, rugs were not properly cleaned. After the service I spoke to Carlos and he offered to have one rug cleaned again another day, nobody showed up at the appointment time, when I called the office they said the same technician was on his way, clearly they didn’t book the appointment. They ended up refunding the cost of 1 rug, which was not the case, the fact is that the products or equipment they use is not effective, results are not as expected. I cleaned my rugs today with a simple carpet machine only one week after this company’s service and water came out very dirty, this are low traffic rugs so there is no way they could have been this dirty one week after a “professional “ cleaning.

They came out the next day for our estimate and we're less expensive than I had anticipated. We scheduled a grout/tile cleaning for our kitchen as well as an area rug in our living room. Crew arrived right on time and did an excellent job cleaning our tile floor and sealing grout. Very respectful of our home and time - leaving behind a fresh clean scent. Quote visit was very convenient and no surprise charges after the work was complete. Will absolutely use their services again and highly recommend.
