A complete nightmare - we were scammed. We had the worst experience with EcoView Windows of New Orleans and would never recommend them to anyone. We feel completely scammed and have received no help from either the local office or corporate. We hired EcoView after being told by their rep that full window replacement was the only solution for our leaking windows and that their product came with a lifetime warranty. Based on those promises, we paid $8,740 for six new windows. After the installation in June 2024, two of the new windows at began immediately leaking, just like the old ones.
