I was very impressed with Ecoclean employees, Dylan and Mark, today when they came to my home to address water damage I found on my ceiling. Both Dylan and Mark were very professional, very friendly, and very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. They were very detailed in prepping and protecting my home, making sure nothing was exposed to potential damage while they executed their service. This was my first time using Ecoclean. However, I was so impressed with the service I received today, I am very likely to use Ecoclean for future services.

I had an amazing experience with this carpet cleaning company. Terry & James are great! They arrived right on time, were incredibly friendly, and did an exceptionally thorough job. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, reliable service.

I’ve been using ECO Clean for carpet cleaning for a few years and generally, they’ve always done a decent job. But this time, thanks to Darian Wellnitz, the service was absolutely exceptional. The pricing remained great as always, but the level of care and attention Darian showed was just on another level. He was respectful, thorough, and made sure every little detail was handled perfectly. My carpet looks and smells amazing now, and I can’t wait to have ECO Clean back. In fact, from now on, I’ll definitely be requesting Darian specifically each time—he’s that good. Highly recommend both ECO Clean and Darian for a top-notch carpet cleaning experience.

The company was great. Setting up an appointment was easy. They sent me the name and a photo of our service tech James. James call before arrival to see if he could come a little early. Which worked for us. He was awesome. Asked about particular concerns & issues. He got out 2 old stains (ink). We had carpets cleaned in 3 rooms.

PROPS TO DOMINIC, OMAR & JAKE! These guys did an AMAZING job with our basement. We had a flooding issue that was caused by a contractor. Our house is a 120yr old, historic home and we were definitely worried about potential damage or lingering issues due to the moisture. Omar, Jake & Dominic were so great to work with. I couldn't have asked for better service and through it all, I felt like my concerns were heard and I was really taken care of. Dominic & Omar took a PERSONAL interest in making sure everything was done like it was their own home. I really appreciated the care they took. Dominic even offered to come back over the weekend on his day off and help me move things around. Such a nice guy! And Jake was super responsive and made sure I got a great deal on the service. Wo
