The air quality in our 25 y.o. home had been getting worse, and while trying to figure out the cause, we discovered that our crawl space needed serious attention. Jeremy’s team responded quickly, they checked our crawl space, found issues we were worried about, provided a clear quote, and completed the entire crawl encapsulation job within a week of the quote. Everything was handled professionally. We also had to replace our furnace at the same time, and the inspector confirmed that all of the work in the crawl space was done perfectly. After receiving a recommendation to check out EcoCrawls, I followed up with Jeremy. My home is 30+ years old (we built it) and had the typical dampness, mold, and poor air quality. I had an extremely positive experience with EcoCrawls. Their estimator Jerami and install team were professional and courteous. The product they installed was superior to other companies I received estimates from, starting with the dual vapor barrier 6 mil base then 10 mil top cover, 1-1/2” thick foam wall board and fiberglass at the ends of the floor joists. Coupled with the economical price their service can’t be beat. I would recommend EcoCrawls to whoever is looking to have their crawl space encapsulated.
