We had a 42k Mitsubishi HyperHeat heat pump with 4 wall units installed (12k, 9k, 6k, 6k, branch box in basement). Matthew was great to work with from the start. He and his son take pride in their work, and it shows. He was extremely transparent with the quote and final bill (which came in less than the quote). Matthew submitted the NYSEG rebate for me ($4400). I asked my normal HVAC guy about rebates for heat pumps when I was originally looking into getting a system installed, and he said "I don't know. I just install them. It's up to the homeowner to handle that stuff." Final product is flawless. They came and did a system quotation during my home renovation, and seamlessly installed it even in the middle of the all the chaos going on around the house. They're fast, knowledgeable, and have been prompt with servicing/maintenance questions. And all told, I've saved almost $200 a month on my energy costs.
