EcoLawn Sprinkler System Company of Springfield Virginia

This company installed my system approximately 8 years, I have had no issues to date and my system still performs as it did on day 1. They are responsive and return my calls and i appreciate their customer service. Based on my system I have has serval neighbors also get their irrigation installed through them. They keep it simple and vested in quality of service.

Each of the past two years they have failed to meet stated timelines for service requests (simple winterization) and failed to communicate the delays. A call with a reason for the delay would have been acceptable but taking my money and simply not showing up is not cool. I ended up using another company who came out on the day they promised. I called Ecolawn to request a refund and they promised to mail a check. It's been several weeks and I haven't received a check, so I'm left with no choice but to take it up with my bank...

Today is 14 July 2016, I have been calling this company for months to get my sprinkler system de-winterized. At first they called back and gave me a date they would be out to provide the service and then just silence and no contact for weeks. I paid annually for service/maintenance and they have failed to do so. They do not return calls nor answer the phone when I call daily.

We have been with this company for over 15 years. They installed and service our sprinkler system. Terri and Frank have always provided great personal service with quality work.
