Update: talked to the Mario Espindola and he was very upset that his crew had treated it without respect. He came to apologize and gave us a higher warranty to make it right. This has not be the ordinary roofing that his company does and he was very upset that we had to go through this being we are both disabled. I redacted the comment before because he did what was right and squared with the house, so hopefully this is a major learning curve for them and to make sure communication is top priority when doing customers roofs and complete the project when it is slated to do so. *problems we had: crew did leave early than to finish the project while it was good weather. From the initial call to Lisa to schedule someone to come out to look at our roof, to the install, to the communication throughout the process, the customer service was quality top-notch. Jesse, Lisa (office manager), and the whole team were amazing. They answered all of my millions of questions and then some.
