Economy Parking

$80 to park Mon - Fri is reasonable, booking was easy, etc… I got an email from American Airlines that my flight was cancelled for the morning at 8pm. Go to cancel, and it’s a 50% cancellation fee?? This is insane. I’ll never pre book again. They could have at least asked “why?”.

I book my parking ahead of time and it makes it so much easier. Staff, when I have dealt with them, have been plesant and helpful. Most of the time it is a self serve type of thing. I like the fact that at the elevator they have a piece of paper you can grab to remind you what color and what floor you parked on. I don't usually use that I take a Pic of the row and the elevator so that I know where I have parked. Easy to get to and navigate. It is a short train ride from the economy parking garage and the terminal.

Economy Parking is super easy at tpa. Be sure to make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance to get a 15% discount especially when you are on a 2 week trip! Dont forget to snap a photo of where you parked!

The parking is great but I’m leaving the remote for their program to prepay and save. If you need to cancel the trip there’s a heavy cancellation fee that negates any saving you might have had. Not sure who approved this but it’s not a good plan.

Convenient parking with brisk shuttle train to main terminal. Pro-tip: make a reservation in advance for better parking rate.
