Our gas water heater stopped heating and I thought I needed to replace the control valve box on the front of the unit. I spoke with TJ on the phone who confirmed he didn't have the part in stock - BUT he went on to walk me through a way to clean the tray and reset the unit for free. An 8 minute phone call cost me nothing, he earned nothing, but I had hot water again in a few minutes of work. Very much appreciated and I'll definitely shop there in the future!

I have used Economy Supply for my plumbing needs for many years now, starting with a major home renovation in 2004. The staff have all been unfailing helpful in all respects and a delight to deal with. They go out of their way to ensure that you get what you need and know how to install and use it. They carry a large inventory but if they don't have what you want in stock, they get it. Hats off to Ben, TJ, Tom and Brett. Probably the best customer service of any retail business that I have experienced in 30 years in Santa Barbara.
