Ray Gassaway provided service today and did an excellent job. He was professional, courteous and friendly. Ray receives 5 stars, but Ecoshield gets 2. I’ve repeatedly asked to have the same technician from visit to visit…requests have been unanswered. There are a few things going on here that require a technician to become acquainted with the property. We have security cams that are forever tripping because other techs neglected to wipe the webs away. Additionally, I spend too much time communicating with this company. Why do the techs need to knock on the door before and after a service? I receive a text and an email reminder of their pending visit. Lastly, Ecoshield is expensive. That said, if they did what they said they would do every visit I likely would have kept them. Not all of

I’ve been using EcoShield for close to a year and recently had a small rodent take shelter in my garage during the recent cold snaps. Michael F. came out to do the assessment and was super friendly/knowledgeable on the issue and then Raynard/Eddy followed up the next day with laying traps, etc. I appreciate how quickly they were able to respond and assess the situation. Definitely don’t hesitate to call EcoShield first!

Ever since i contracted with Ecosheild my experience has been very positive. When I had a pest problem appear between services they were very accomodating and came to the house to address. They have been fast, thorough and professional. I would recommend Ecosheild.

I want to say the technicians are good and also truthful. Kelvin was excellent. But..the salesman that came out Aiden was not. He came the very first day we moved and we're unpacking. Told us the chemicals are pet friendly. If you have to let it dry that means no! And they are way overpriced! When you call the company your on hold for a very long time. The account is under annette borrelli. If it was pet friendly you wouldn't need drying time.

They have been doing my quarterly service for about a year now. The results have been very good to date. Today Jordan Kuhn came out and did our treatment. As always, very professional, polite and competent. I would recommend this company at this point in our working relationship.
