Five stars aren’t enough – these guys are incredible! We started hearing loud buzzing in the ceiling above our upstairs bedroom and quickly realized we had a huge yellow jacket nest in the attic. By the next morning, they were coming through a recessed light fixture. Terrifying! I called this company freaking out, and they sent the inspector Denial to my house and Denial was fantastic. He carefully inspected the attic, and took some pictures to show me then he explained every step so we felt safe. Following Monday they sent another amazing technician Ronald to come to my house. He treated the nest directly with a dust that kills them fast but is low-toxicity for humans and pets, then did a full exterior treatment around the eaves to stop any reinforcements. A week later there is not a sing

So grateful for Lucas! Lucas was amazing from start to finish. Super kind, patient, and professional ; you can tell he really takes pride in what he does. He explained everything clearly, made sure I felt comfortable with the process, and even checked around for things I hadn’t noticed. You don’t meet many people who actually care about doing their job right, but he definitely does. My home feels so much better now, and I honestly appreciate the peace of mind he gave me. If you need someone dependable and respectful, Lucas is the one to call for sure!!!

Ronald did a great job rodent proofing the outside of the house. The inside service was very thorough as well. We are very happy with EcoShield service.

Had Cordell H over to do my quarterly inspection. He did a great job. Was very thorough replacing old traps and talking through what he saw. Hope to continue having him going forward.

Some hitches with scheduling that finally got straightened out satisfactorily. Marc Marrero, the technician was friendly and, knowledgeable, and thorough. He conducted an interior ground floor and basement inspection and spray service, and did what he could on the outside respective of the current snow cover ...and then put me on a follow-up schedule for the areas he could not reach due to the snow cover.
