I wanted to take a moment to make sure kudos are given where they’re truly deserved. Today, I had the opportunity to work with Ariona, and she went well above and beyond anything I would normally expect. She was proactive, asked the right questions, and genuinely focused on finding solutions that made sense for me—not just what benefited the company. That level of care and integrity matters. At one point, I could have easily chosen to leave, and she would have respected that. Instead, she took the time to understand my situation, explore options, and make sure there wasn’t a better path forward. The reason I stayed wasn’t because of a product or policy—it was because of her service. That kind of experience builds trust, and it deserves to be recognized. Ariona absolutely deserves her

Dave is excellent! High recommend. Very nice company to do business with. Technicians are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Dave is a great example . Plenty of notice before they come out, and customer service on the administrative side is also excellent. No complaints whatsoever.

This is my second attempt to review the recent call to schedule our appointment to have EcoShield do their annual inspection and to take care of any problems. Talking to Rose who scheduled the appointment was very patient and professional and I enjoyed talking with her. Thank You!

Zach is very knowledgeable about his work. He has provided services to my home before. I am very satisfied with his work. He always take the time to explain what he will be doing and asks if I have questions. He answers all of my questions and advises what my next step should be when advice is needed. I would happily recommend Zach to provide services needed.
