Mitchell was outstanding! After nearly a year of requesting EcoShield to resolve an issue without success, I was honestly close to canceling my service. The technician treated the bee nest in our house. He said that I should report back in 48 hours if there’s still activities. And he will come back in 7 days to seal the hole on the siding. He never came back. I called EcoShield after 48 hours and the customer service said they will contact the local office and we should wait another 10 days. They never call back and came back. I called EcoShield again after 10 days and to seek support from their manager and they say service is done. I had to tell the story again and again. He said he had facilitated local office to serve us. Another 5 days passed, no one had called and came. We still facing activities and in total we killed over 100 bees in our house. Jason and the rest of the crew were very professional and courteous. Took the time afterwards to explain everything they did. They treated my basement and installed a dehumidifier and also removed the old insulation in the attic and replaced it and treated it. I would highly recommend you to all my friends and family. Three technicians, plus a manager later in afternoon, arrived at 9am and worked until approximately 2:30pm to remove mouse infested insulation and replace it with chemically treated new insulation in the attic. The technicians worked hard cleaning the impacted area and checked other possible areas of entry and homesteading.All four were polite, friendly and easy to work with. The cost for the service was steep as this situation was an unplanned and expensive event, but with it for my peace of mind.

Nasir was helpful, expedient, and effective at removing the underground hive that was plaguing our children and dog. He educated me about the hatching bees and treated the area, in addition to our quarterly service.
