Great service. Even though he found no squirrel in the attic. He arrived same day to check. He check both center and top attics. Somehow the squirrels are getting in. He later suggested that if it still becomes an issue that they have traps to remove the squirrel. Let's see what happens...Russell was very nice and professional. Thank you. Top Notch company.

Really nice customer service with Aya on the phone today. We were reviewing my next scheduled appointment. I started using EcoShield services two years ago and have been impressed with the effectiveness of their treatments inside and out. They even came back once to double-treat a pesky problem with chiggers in one heavily wooded section of the yard. No extra charge!

Sheldon did a great job locating several new wasp nests starting to form around the exterior of the house. He treated both the interior and exterior, paying special attention to problems spots where sugar ants were entering the kitchen. Very polite and on time for our appointment. Good job!

We started using ecoshield in the end of last year visits were great the pest control man who came every time was nice and respectful but the guy who originally sold us on this company said if we have any issues they’d send someone to come out earlier than every 3 months to contact him via message we had a wasp problem he communicated well at first but stopped answering my husband overall within a month or so of signing up. We paid $161.29 if the service isn’t working and our pest problem is still there why are we paying you? My husband called to cancel the woman he spoke with was beyond rude for suggesting it was a money problem! no it was the lack of communication for service!! offered to lower our monthly no thanks.
