We’ve been having some issues with spiders outside as the weather has been changing, and today Devon from Ecoshield Pest Solutions came out to treat our home. Devon was incredibly informative and patient, taking the time to explain what he was doing and why. He answered all of my questions and gave helpful tips to prevent future issues. It was clear he really cares about providing a safe, effective service while making sure homeowners feel comfortable and confident in the process. It’s was great to work with a technician who is both professional and approachable.

I'm leaving 5 stars for my technician and my technician only. I've been disappointed in the company as a whole several times but Weldon was awesome! He felt like the first person sent to my house (out of 3 or 4 previous techs) that was knowledgeable about and committed to getting my issues resolved. He seemed to take his job seriously, he was professional and courteous. He provides a service and experience that justifies the money this company charges.

Drew P has been to my home a few times. Always super friendly, thorough, and professional. Since I hired ecoshield a few years ago my ant problem has completely disappeared. Super happy with their service.

Overall, the rates for their services are sensible, reasonable, affordable, and the quality ans professionalism of their technicians were also wonderful - kind, respectable, considerate, introduced themselves upon entering. They really monitored their services and rendered them as thoroughly as possivle, spraying top and bottom corners of affected room(s) perimeter interiorly and exteriorly. The services provided come out about every 3 months within the calendar year

Our pest control technician, Jeffrey, did an outstanding job during his visit. He was incredibly thorough, taking the time to inspect every area carefully and explain what he was doing along the way. Jeffrey truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly and that we felt confident about the results. Exceptional service—we really appreciate his professionalism and dedication!
