Jamie was super courteous and polite. He was thoughtful and concerned about keeping inside clean with booties. He informed us of the process before, during and after the job was completed. His customer skills and personable character was pleasant and friendly and comforting.

Robert did an amazing job. He went down to the basement with my grandson and set everything he was supposed to do. Put down traps and boards, and poison feed boxes. He identified any spots and recommended a followup inspection to seal up any openings and then came upstairs to me (I,m a 73 year old ) and filled me in on what he found and how he treated and recommended where we go from here. Answered all my questions and the bonus is he came earlier today which was great for me. Very pleasant and knew what he was doing. Thank you! Jim DiMarzio

While yes the service is great but I didn't see much of a difference with pests. But no where was it communicated that I would be paying a service fee for cancelling my services. They make you sign everything on the spot without ever giving you a chance to review anything. Not once did they mention I would have to pay a cancellation fee as they were soliciting their service.

Excellent customer service. Daniel was very knowledgeable about insects/ pests and their habits. This helped me to know how to get the best of my service. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this company! He found this hidden mouse hole to my garage and stuffed it with what I had on hand. Great job!

Today, Tianna came to provide my routine quarterly service. As always, she was thorough, efficient, AND pleasant. This is especially commendable, and I'll add remarkable today, given that we have just had a fresh heavy snowfall this week, and the temperature is in the single digits. She hit the entire foundation perimeter, including the areas in the yard that had no walkway access shovelled. Clearly above and beyond! And she did this all with a warm smile and greeting! I can't say enough to express my appreciation. I have been using EcoShield Pest Solutions for over a year, and every encounter has been as complete.
