I want to commend one of your technicians, Kyle, who came to my property on Thursday, May 15th, to open my sprinkler system. During the service, Kyle noticed a leak. He went above and beyond by taking the time to thoroughly investigate and locate the source, which was under a concrete border. Instead of simply noting it and scheduling a future appointment, Kyle took the initiative to repair the leak himself, despite it clearly being a challenging task for one person. I was particularly impressed as he mentioned he still had nine more appointments scheduled for the day. I told Kyle his customer service was truly exceptional. The company is very dependable. My appointment for sprinkler shut off was confirmed the day before and I was advised during what hours the technician could be coming. On the day of my appointment I was texted when he would show up and called by Dave W. when he arrived. Dave was friendly and explained everything he need to do. So far so good.

Great experience with Lee from Ecosystems. Setting up an appointment was easy (text message). Changing and confirming the appointment could also be managed by text message. I received a notification when Lee was on his way which is another thoughtful bit of service (photo included so you know who to expect). It was a rainy day and we don’t wear shoes in the house. No worries though as Lee came with booties to go over his shoes. He was on time, professional, courteous and efficient.
