Ecotone

I have been a customer of Ecotone since it was established. I have always been completely satisfied with the work they do. As the owner of multi-unit properties, it is important for me to have people who work on the property that I can trust and who give my tenants the best service. Ecotone provides monthly service on my property for preventative measures. I had an issue one time where I needed Ecotone to come out and check on something I felt needed immediate attention. They were quick to respond and handle the situation immediately. It is great to be able to know my tenants are living rodent-free and insect-free due to the great work Ecotone provides. They are great at giving me advice on how to prevent these issues. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

Ben has been assisting us with our pest control needs for over a year now. He is personable, courteous, prompt and very knowledgeable in his field. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for this kind of service. His rates are far better than the previous larger company we were using. Five Stars and thumbs up.

My house was infested with flies. I chose Ecotone because I did not want toxic chemicals used and was pleased that Ben had an alternative way to rid my house of pesky insects. I appreciate that he calls me to schedule a time for him to come by for follow up every two months. He is thorough and efficient and I am no longer bothered by unwanted insects. I highly recommend Ben for your pest control job.

i scheduled Ecotone days in advance. The night before our 10:30 morning appointment he called to reschedule. I couldn't reschedule since i had people to come out to take my 94 yr old mother away for a couple of hrs during the spraying ( she has MCS and coulkd go into Anaphilactic shock . he said he had this commercial account he always does at that time and couldn't let them down. he should have known his oun schedue before committing to our appointment .Lying to and Inconviencing customers to give priority to higher paying jobs is unethical busness practice. LET YOUR WORD BE YOUR ADVERTIZING. and do the right thing. I will remember the name ECOTONE to other people. I had to give him a star so i could post
