Ed Benson Well Drilling & Rpr

We didn't have water on a Sunday and he answered within 5 minutes and was over to look within 30 minutes. Monday morning they came right over and got to work, by noon we had water. Would highly recommend them. They had the knowledge many other well drillers didn't have for older homes.

Got up to the cottage mid-afternoon on a Friday in January only to discover there was no water. Thinking it was frozen pipes called 3 or 4 plumbers. One couldn't get there for 4-5 days, the others didn't do frozen pipes but one of them recommended calling a well company. Called Ed at 4:15 and he came over immediately. Turned out it wasn't frozen pipes and he had the water flowing in less than an hour. Very reasonable also. Thank you Ed!

My well pump went dead a day before the 4th of July. Brent, Ed's son, came by the morning of the 4th of July (Holiday) to change out a control box based on the symptoms I was experiencing. Realizing this wasn't the culprit, Brent ordered a pump immediately. Within 3 days, my well was up and running again. As I watched the installation of the pump process, I was impressed with the excellent maintenance practices and care they exhibited to ensure a quality repair. The customer service exhibited exceeded the norm, and I would highly recommend this company for any well problems people may experience.

Ed was quick and did a great job for a reasonable price. I'll definitely use him again, and I highly recommend him. Very nice guy who knows his stuff!

If I could give a zero I would. No call back. Very frustrating and disappointing.
