Ed Newsome's Hardwood Floor

Working with Newsome’s Hardwood floors was great once again. We had new hardwood floors installed in bedrooms and re-stained existing floors to match. Each time we had Duane and Dallas as the crew to do the job and each time their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond was outstanding. This is the second time Ed Newsome has completed service at our house. First time they refinished our entire first floor, with amazing results. This time they continued new oak floors into our master bedroom. The way they feathered the new floors to the existing floor is seamless and the finish is identical. If you didn't know you would think the floors were original with the rest of the house. They started when they say they would and completed it in a timely and professional manner. This company goes above and beyond!! We needed flooring repaired, sanded and stained to match existing and they did an amazing job. From start to finish they were prompt, professional and very reasonably priced. We will continue to use them for all of our wood flooring needs and highly recommend them to anyone with wood flooring issues.

They were to replace one board and refinish my hardwood floor at side door and sand and refinish spot in my dining room. The sander sanded down too far leaving cracks in floors and piece that was to be replaced does not fit at side door. Also refinish is milky.! The owner Mr Newsom said he would fix the floors over a month ago but have not come to fix my floors. I told him this does not look like their usual work.
