I hired Eddy’s Locksmith for Ford key reprogramming, but the job was not completed correctly. Ford requires two portions of the reprogramming process, and they did not complete both. As a result, the vehicle was left in anti-theft mode. When the issue came up, they acted like they didn’t know why the car was in anti-theft mode, despite it being a direct result of incomplete programming. I was still charged even though the job was not properly finished. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business.
