Bryan is great! He calls before he gets here and makes sure the dogs are in. He takes pride in his work and we appreciate it! We have had Eden Advantage servicing our house for a few years now. Highly recommend.

We started with Eden about a year and a half ago and have been happy with everyone who has helped us, from people in the office to several different technicians. Forrest and Dade cleaned out our crawl space for three days in May 2024, where we had many dead deer mice. After being very happy with their hard work, we signed on as continuing customers. We have had Darren and Andrew do great work, and now David is our local technician. It’s great to have someone who lives in the Tri-Cities, and he has come to recheck several times. He is always friendly and knowledgeable, willing to spend time to work closely with us and to answer all questions. Ryan was spraying on the side of my house, when I was heading to an appointment. He was informative, professional and very knowledgeable about his job. David was awesome! He was knowledgeable about our ant problem and answered our questions and concerns with patience. He offered to schedule a follow up call to address any concerns that may arise after initial treatment. He was kind and considerate of our home, pets and kids.

David Huizar, a very qualified, pleasant young man visited my home 11/24/25 in the afternoon; he patiently listened to what I had been experiencing for 5 days prior to calling your Company. After David's placing various trapping methods, I asked him to please return today, 24 hours later, to check any progress. He told me he would work it into his schedule; and he did. Success while he was here. HE heard the noise of the wee one and disposed of it. Next visit planned for Monday 11/31/25.
