They are scammers do not do business with them. They created a fake Facebook account to infiltrate our neighborhood page posing as a neighbor getting people together for a neighborhood discount. They left our house in shambles and broke our dryer hose. When I began contacting them, they initially said they would fix it but eventually stopped answering them.

Thanks for trying to burn my house down with cheap products. Your tech may have been nice and willing to explain things, but it doesn't warranty this! I'd give you all 0 stars if I could.

We fell for the same group neighborhood deal. I wish I had done research on this company beforehand. Left no paperwork, insufficient work, no response back, a complete scam. I am more frustrated at the situation that these people are taking Advantage of people. Do not use this company. Do not fall for your neighborhood sites Postings of a group deal. If I could give a zero on this review, I would. We are out our hard earned money. These people need to be shut down. Not sure what the recourse is for this.

Service performed Wed. Aug. 28th. Technician did show up so I gave them 2 stars. The company or technician were not equipped to service our condo. Vents were not in the ceiling which their equipment is set up for. I believe the technician should have called in and not performed the service. I feel the work done did not clean the vents at all. I did half the work holding the vacuum to the bathroom vent. In the end, the technician broke our broom handle which he was trying to use to hold the vacuum to the ceiling since their pole was too long, stripped the screw holding the vent cover on (I was not told of this, I found this after he left), the vacuum dust was blown all over our kitchen. This was a waste of time and money. I would not recommend for work in our condo complex or anywhere that
