Eden Landscaping and Snow Removal

Eden is only as good as their local contractors. I initially used them for snow plowing. The first winter was quite mild, so there wasn't a need for a lot of plowing. Because my experience was positive, I decided to use them for lawn care. It was several weeks into the season before anyone showed. I was beginning to look like the old crazy lady on the block with the overgrown lawn. I was getting the side-eye from my neighbors. This is where Eden's service breaks down. They send the jobs out to the contractors on Sunday. The contractor commits to the job and puts it on the schedule. The customer is notified of the day and window of time when the service will occur. Working with this company this past week has been incredibly frustrating. I have used them for snow removal in my driveway since 2020. However, this week has been a pain and will never use their services again. I have recurring services set up. A contractor came after about a foot of snow or more dropped. They plowed the driveway, but stopped Sever feet before my garage. Rendering me still trapped. I called and called and emailed asking for a refund and for another contractor to fix the problem. Why would I pay when I’d have to fix it myself. Two days later a contractor comes out an plows my driveway. But to my surprise not only had I not been refunded I was charged again! I emailed again asking for the situation to be rectified and was told it would be. Yet both charges remain. I have a

First off we set up a appointment for snow removal last night. The website indicated we would not be charged the $50 until service was complete. Not only was the service not completed but they charged the card about a hour after we submitted the information. 2nd we see service was approved by a contractor who stated they would be at our home the today 12/2/20 between 8 and 10am. No one showed up, but they had the audacity to send a pic if them on our street stating that the job was complete. We immediately contacted them and reached only a answering service who claims they can only send a message to management but have no direct number for us. Then they claim afterwards that the truck broke down. If thats the case then why send us a pic of the truck on our street and send a message saying

This is the worst service contracts can pick up jobs and drop them without any communication. You think your drive will be plowed only to have to shovel it because all of a sudden contractor drops the job. No customer service the phone is automated telling you to go to the website. Buyer beware on this place. Update the charges me for work that was not done. Now I can’t get ahold of anyone no communication from either contractor David Abbot nor Rhonda G who booked the jobs never showed. Do not use

Avoid this service at all costs. Contractors are not clearly qualified, don't communicate, and will change arrival times at their discretion (and will even freely miss scheduled times without contacting you). In addition, Eden's customer service consists of a bot with limited human interaction. It is almost impossible to cancel once you have initiated a job, despite the ability of contractors to freely change times. Go with a local service that's reliable.
