Eden Landscaping and Snow Removal

I tried to use this business, but was not successful. After reading the raving reviews about Eden, I reached out to them for snow removal services on the day of the snow storm (2/1/21). I loved the fact that I was able to download the app and see that a contractor had been assigned to perform the snow removal. The app allows you to communicate by text or phone with the contractor and even provided tracking for the progress of the service. Unfortunately, the contractor never responded to my calls or texts and never made it to the location to perform the snow removal. I finally contacted Ruth, the customer service rep at Eden and she was very responsive to my inquiries regarding the contractor. We gave them snow ❄️ removal job this winter . .. previous winter storms they let us down . As their equipment broke . BUT resent snow fall they came clean half way - I called them , chat with them , after , two days they made it today and cleaned all 4 car driveway . I am very pleased and thankful to them . Thanks 🙏 after all they are good , good service and polite people to deal with . Their crew was very good too . Excellent !! We now looking forward to have more work with them . May have them in spring for garden 🪴 too . 🙌👍👍
